Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials included.
  • The product must be in new and unused condition.
  • Returns and replacements are only available for products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased a product from a third-party seller, please contact them for their return and replacement policy.

Refund and Replacement Options

 

  • Refund: If you choose a refund, the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling charges, will be promptly processed and credited to your account in the form of a Gift Card. This Gift Card will be delivered to your registered email address and WhatsApp number within 2 business days after we have received the returned item.

 

  • Replacement: If you opt for a replacement, we will ship a new identical item to you at no additional cost, provided it is in stock after receiving the old one. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that period, orders may have already been processed and shipped.

Note: For personalized orders, we do not accept returns or replacements, as these items are tailor-made to your individual preferences.

Returns and Refunds for Personalised: In the unlikely event that your personalized order arrives damaged or with errors due to a mistake on our part, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work swiftly to address and rectify the issue, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Returns and Refunds for Furniture: As a standard practice, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for furniture items. However, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective furniture item, we will promptly arrange for the pickup of the product. Upon receipt and inspection at our facility, we will provide a replacement and subsequently update you with the tracking ID and other relevant details

International Orders: Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
